Returns

Our standard online order return period is 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Custom orders are non-returnable. Exchanges will be shipped on us, so you don’t need to stress about getting the wrong size! To request a return, please get in touch with us at myfrankieandeugene@gmail.com with the items to be returned or exchanged, the order number, and your contact details. Returned items must be in new, unused condition. Shipping fees are excluded from the refund. All items purchased under FINAL sale are non-refundable.
